This project is based on a multifamily home for a conjugal nucleus.
Its composition is made up of two rectangles attached to the sides, one rotated from the other, to form a visual angle with respect to the visuals of the place.
One of the rectangles is cantilevered thanks to the structural system used.
The structural system is a key point of this project.
It consists of a reinforced concrete framed system and a Vierendeel beam was made for the cantilevered element.
IPE 600, IPE 400 and IPE 360 beams are proposed.
